Where is my sewer?
Recently one of our technicians went to work at a house in Hicksville, Long Island. The customer never had his sewer cleaned and he had been living there for over 25 years.
Sewer water was coming out of his shower stall on the first floor, he had ignored the situation for a few days before realizing that it was dirty water. The sewer was no where to be found and the situation was getting worse as people in the house kept using water.
The customer remembered that 15 years ago he had his basement redone and he might have covered the sewer pit with concrete. Since $49.95 Any Sewer or Drain does not do any digging, the mechanic had to find a different way to fix the customers problem. After looking around, the technician found the “vent” for the sewer system and unclogged the sewer from the vent. Though it is not the best way to clean a sewer as there are more chances of getting the “sewer machine” stuck in the line. It did take the mechanic a while but he was able to successfully unclog the sewer line that was clogged with roots. Our customer was satisfied and even sent us a thank you letter.
We would also like to thank ourĀ customers for making us the No.1 sewer and drain company.
