I have a toilet problem…what should i do?

$49.95 Any Sewer or Drain

Recently one of our customers called for a toilet problem that had been an issue for them since they moved into their new house. Here is the problem:

Whenever they flushed the toilet bowl on the 2nd floor, the toilet bowl on the 1st floor backed up. Technician arrived at the job site and diagnosed the problem right away. They had a hanging sewer in there basement. The first floor toilet was lowest spot for the sewer water to back up, so wherever they ran water, it ended up coming out of the first floor toilet.

Whenever this, or something similar to it occurs, you have to get your main sewer checked out imidiately. Even if your toilet on the lower floor bubbles for no apparent reason, you should get your main sewer checked out.
When such a situation arises you should promptly stop using any water in the house, as the water you will use on other floors will end up coming out of the toilet or other lower spot in your house.
If you maintain your sewer pipe regulary, it is very less likely that you will have surprsie sewer back ups. You can always reach us at 888PAY4995, post your questions and comments here or send us an email.
